IPID is a non-partisan and non-profit organization that brings together video game developers, professionals and amateurs, and which works to support the enhancement of the production of videogames in our country in terms of volume and quality. To achieve this goal, the Association has built and maintains a network of contacts between developers to share projects, knowledge and experiences, proposes training programs and publication / distribution of the products of its members and, of course, guarantees the annual frequency of the Svilupparty event in Bologna. The membership supports the activities of the Association and the creation of Svilupparty. Not only does it contribute to the concrete organization of the event, but its objectives are shared and promoted: enhancing the work of Italian video game developers, offering them visibility, a place for meeting and discussion.
